Parkside homesites included 35 fully serviced lots that focused on accommodating all-season residents. Homesites offer views towards Cowichan Lake and Bald Mountain Park. Most homesites surround the new Southern Playfield Park that provides a field area for sports and recreation, as well as a children’s playpark. Parkside homes have access to Cowichan Lake from the new Stoker Park. Stoker Park offers a beach area, protected swim area, picnic area, children’s play equipment and washrooms.
